Returns and Exchanges

UltraMurals Returns & Exchanges

First and foremost, we want happy, satisfied customers! We will do everything in our power to make sure that you complete your transaction with UltraMurals feeling happy and satisfied. You are given 30 days to contact us regarding a return. Should that 30 day period have passed, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a resolution. In the event that you would like to exchange or return your murals or canvas, please review our policies below. Thanks!

UltraMurals will accept returns on most items, as long as the item is still usable for resale. We will issue a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 5 business days of receipt of return. At this time, custom orders are final, and not eligible for return.

At this time, returns and exchanges are only valid within the Continental U.S.

Returns and exchanges can only be authorized within 30 days of original purchase date.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by an UltraMurals Representative. This can be done by reaching out to us through our Contact page.

Returns will only be granted to the original purchaser of the murals or canvas. If the products were sent to another individual, the customer purchasing the products must contact UltraMurals within 30 days.

Orders that are returned without previous UltraMurals approval CANNOT be processed.

Once a return is validated, you have thirty (30) real days from the date of authorization, within which the product must be sent back to UltraMurals.

You Order Number must be clearly written on outside of the package being returned. Please also include a copy of the invoice in the return package and keep a copy for yourself, in case further verification is necessary.

All return shipping and costs must be paid for by the customer.

If a replacement/exchange is authorized, the customer is also responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement mural or canvas.

You may send your products back via any shipping method you prefer, however UltraMurals cannot be responsible for packages that are lost in transit, and we encourage you to use a trackable and insured shipping method, such as UPS or FedEx. For more information, review our Shipping Policies.
