  • What material are the murals printed on?
    • We offer two materials to print your mural on: canvas and peel & stick fabric. Our gallery wrapped canvases are printed directly onto the cavas material and then wrapped around a wooden frame. The murals are printed on our high-quality peel & stick fabric paper. For more information, check out our Canvas Page and our Wall Mural page. After removing the self-adhesive paper from the backing you can place them anywhere. Our murals stick to your walls, windows and even doors. Just make sure you have a smooth, flat surface! The great thing about our murals is they can be removed and placed elsewhere without damaging walls or windows, leaving no marks or residue behind.


  • Can I move my mural after I put it on my wall?
    • We here at UltraMurals, pride ourselves on the quality of our materials. The self-adhesive wall murals are so easy to use that they can be removed and repositioned elsewhere over and over again. Applying paste or residue can lead to messes and damaged walls, which is why we only use our top of the line self-adhesive fabric paper which does not damage walls or leave behind any residue.


  • What surface can the murals be placed on?
    • The advantage that our murals have is that they can be placed practically anywhere! Our murals will stick to walls, windows and even doors ! Just make sure your surface is smooth and flat and contains no dust or debris. After that is done it will be able to be stick with ease!


  • Will the murals damage my wall if I choose to move them?
    • No! That’s the beauty of UltraMurals. The products we have selected are designed so that they can be repositioned and will never damage the wall you choose to place them on. Also, they will never leave any residue behind which means if you ever choose to move the murals the walls will not need retouching!


  • Can I place my mural outside or in a humid area like my bathroom?
    • Many people have placed their murals outside and not had problems. They endure under outdoor conditions and moisture should not be a problem. If you are looking to place a mural in your bathroom this will also not be a problem. Just make sure the walls are dry when you initially install your mural.


  • Can I write on my UltraMural?
    • Yes! Our murals are printed on a high-quality peel & stick fabric paper that you can write directly on with sharpie or marker.

  • What different sizes can I order and what do they cost?
    • We offer a wide range of product sizes and costs anywhere from a 40" print all the way up to our 108" ULTRAMURAL. You can check out our Sizing & Pricing page or the sizes and prices are listed below. However, if you have a custom size that you do not see, please contact us and we will work personally with you to find a custom size for your mural. We just recently completed a 25ft wall for a restaurant in Sacramento, so nothing is out of the question!

  • What is the minimum size mural I can order?
    • Currently the minimum size we have on orders is our 40" x 15" print. If you have questions about custom sizing please contact us directly. 


  • Is there a maximum size for the murals?
    • We have no maximum size when it comes to UltraMurals. Our murals can be printed into panels which can be placed on your wall, covering the entire length. We just recently completed a 25ft wall for a restaurant in Sacramento, so nothing is out of the question! If you have questions about custom orders or fitting images to large walls or spaces, please contact us.

  • What types of payment do you accept?
    • We accept many different forms of payment including credit card (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express) and PayPal. The online payment options mean we can get your UltraMural to your house as soon as possible.


  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    • If you need to change your order after check out please contact our customer service representatives and they will help you find a solution to your order or issue.


  • Can I buy multiple murals within the same order?
    • Yes! You can buy as many murals as you want by adding them to the cart. When you check out, they will all be placed in your cart making payment easy and in one location. Please keep in mind that only one coupon can be applied per transaction, so if you are using more than one coupon, you may have to check out twice.


  • Is it secure to order and pay on UltraMurals?
    • UltraMurals is an encrypted website therefore making your purchase information 100% safe. We also do not share your email information with anyone so you don’t have to worry about spam!


Shipping -

  • How long does my order take to ship?
    • Our murals are made to order and printed on demand so after you decide which mural you would like, we will have it printed and shipped to you within 48 hours! The shipping length depends on what option you choose. UPS takes anywhere from 1-5 business days and you are giving a tracking number to keep track of where your package is in transit. USPS and the free shipping option takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks. With this option you are only given a delivery confirmation number which you can use to see when it has been shipped and if it has been delivered. We recommend using the UPS option for shipping if you'd like to be able to track your package and receive it more quickly.   • Can I choose an expedited shipping method?
    • Yes, we offer next day shipping as well as two day shipping if you need your UltraMural in a hurry! These options can be chosen on the shipping page during checkout. Some people just can’t wait to get an UltraMural on their wall! For more information regarding shipping, please visit our Shipping Policy page.


  • Can I order internationally?
    • Yes! We ship many orders internationally and will do our best to get your murals to you in a timely manner. Please feel free to email us or call us if you have any specific questions regarding international shipping. Additional international shipping costs can be found in the shopping cart when checking out.


  • Is it possible to track my shipping?
    • Yes, when you finalize the check out stage you will be sent an email with a receipt of payment. With USPS we will provide you with a delivery confirmation number which you can use to see when the package has shipped and if it has arrived. With UPS, we will give you a direct tracking number so you can see where your mural is in transit.   • How are the murals packaged?
    • The canvases are packaged in large boxes and shipped with extra padding to ensure they arrive saftely. The wall murals are sent to you rolled and vacuum sealed in plastic wrap and placed in cardboard tubing. We package our murals so that they will not be damaged enroute, but if there is ever an issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • How do I install the mural?
    • Check out our installation page for helpful hints, tips, and steps for installing your UltraMural. Peel & stick murals are so easy to use and our canvas prints will hang anywhere!


  • Do I need professionals or can I put the mural up myself?
    • The mural is so easy to install that anyone can do it! For larger images you may want to have someone help you to hold and position the mural. With your UltraMural you can be the professional!


  • Can my mural be cleaned if I need to?
    • If you need to clean you mural it can be done with a damp sponge or cloth. The material is strong enough to withstand a light cleaning but we recommend you use water, not chemicals, and scrub lightly.


  • How do I move my mural to another location?
    • We recommend that you keep the white backing that your UltraMural was sent on and use that to move it from one location to another. If you have thrown this away or lost the white backing you can also use wax paper. Either works!

  • What happens if my order was damaged?
    • If your order arrived damaged or you are not completely satisfied please contact us for further instructions. You can contact us and we will work personally with you to find a solution. You may also review our Returns/Exchange policy, however, this does not apply to damaged orders.


  • What is the return policy on UltraMurals?
    • If for any reason you are not pleased with your mural we will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee so if for any reason you need to return your mural please contact us. Please review our Return/Exchange Policy.
